Introducing from MR-G, the top of the G-SHOCK lineup with Bluetooth®, GPS, and solar power, a new collaboration model to commemorate the 80th birthday of Bruce Lee, the late action star who is still much loved and revered today.
MR-G's unique blend of toughness and good looks is the perfect way to celebrate and foster the memory of a man whose chiseled body, handsome looks, indomitable fighting spirit, and martial arts skills make him one of a kind.
The black and yellow of the body and band of this model were inspired by the colors of Lee's iconic track suit.
The black watch face is offset with yellow and red highlights, which are representative colors of Jeet Kune Do, a martial art form started by Bruce Lee himself.
The bezel and back cover are engraved with 12 Chinese characters that state the main tenets of Jeet Kune Do: "Using no way as way. Having no limitation as limitation." At three o'clock on the face is Bruce Lee's signature, which is the Chinese character for dragon.
The special package of this model is also decorated with embroidered dragon images, and only 300 of these watches will be sold worldwide.

•GPS/radio-controlled solar combines CASIO's own solar power charging system, positioning using a Global Positioning System (GPS), and reception of time calibration signals around the world.

Bruce Lee (李小龍)
November 27, 1940 - July 7, 1973
Bruce Lee was famous for his accomplishments in the movie industry as an actor, director, and martial arts instructor.
Despite the face he appeared in relatively few films, his realistic and sincere acting made him a global star.
He also was well-known as a martial artist and philosopher.
Even today, he remains famous as the founder of Jeet Kune Do, which is one of the origins of modern mixed martial arts.
Though he lived for a mere 32 years, Bruce Lee left behind a rich legacy of legends and wise words that have made him one of the most influential pop icons of the 20th century.
He also completely changed the image of Asians in the eyes of Westerners, and did much to open up new opportunities for Asian actors in Hollywood films.

The black and yellow of this model were inspired by the colors of the track suit that Bruce Lee wore in the movie “Game Of Death,” which was released after his passing.
The case is made of tough, lightweight titanium, while a strong and supple Dura Soft band provides a comfortable fit to the wrist.
