Born in Toyama Prefecture on February 8, 1998. After graduating from Miyagi Prefectural Meisei High School in 2016, he entered Gonzaga University in the United States. He participated in the NCAA (American College Sports Association) tournament as a Japanese player for the first time and contributed to the runner-up at Gonzaga University.
